Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 6 Week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and take care of you. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. Our 6 Week Winter session kicks off on 2/3/24. 3+ Body Boost HIIT classes are recommended each week during the session. Session runs 2/3-24 - 3/16/24.

This first session of the season will focus on training for a 5k. We are offering 5k distance training plans for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced runners. Whether you're training for a specific running goal or simply want the support and structure of a weekly running group, we provide weekly opportunities to train, learn and run. The group will run the Beach Bunny 5k in Fairfield - but there is plenty of opportunity for different races, or no race at all! So, come run with us, mama!

Run Club+ 2025 - Session 2 - 1/2 Marathon $135 Purchase required to enroll

Our Half Marathon training program is a great way to improve your running and meet other runners in our community. Whether you are looking to increase your mileage or have your goal set on crossing the finish line of a late spring Half Marathon, our Run Club Training Program is for you.

It’s based on a simple philosophy — using the mid-week runs for conditioning and feeling out your proper pace, and using the once-per-weekend long runs to get you mentally prepared for running 13.1 miles.

Each Run Club session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will personalize your training so you build up your mileage gradually
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private accountability group for all participants
  • Weekly Sunday group runs with a certified FIT4MOM running coach

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

**Before starting any training for running the 13.1-mile half marathon distance, whether it’s in an organized race or on your own, you should be be able to run a 5K!
